Heat press machines are used to apply printed transfers on the textile by means of the temperature and pressure.
The image is printed mirror-reversed on the transfer paper or foil and provided with powder or printable adhesive.
The adhesive layer is partially dried. The transfer is subsequently pressed onto the fabric at controlled temperature and pressure.
After the pressing process the transfer paper is pulled down while the ink layer remains on the textile.
We offer high quality programmable heat press machines from Drucktech and Hix for a wide range of formats together with special machines for transferring on caps.
